1. General

Welcome. By using this site and related services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions become effective when published.

2. Accounts and Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information, and are responsible for safeguarding their account and password.
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

3. Service

This service provides SSL certificate application, management and renewal. Actual functionality follows the descriptions on the site. We may suspend or discontinue features for maintenance when necessary.

4. User Obligations

• Users must not infringe upon others’ rights or violate the law.
• Users must not disrupt, intrude upon, or otherwise interfere with the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure, third-party factors, or temporary service interruption due to maintenance.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the local court at our place of business as the court of first instance.

7. Referral Rewards Program

• Members may refer others through their personal referral link. A referred member is linked to the referrer at sign-up; the link is permanent and only one level applies.
• For SSL certificate and domain orders paid online within 3 months after linking, the referrer receives store credit equal to 5% of the pre-tax amount (fractions of NT$1 are dropped), released 30 days after payment. No credit is released if the order is refunded or cancelled, or the certificate is revoked.
• Store credit can only be used on this site for SSL certificates, domains and renewals. It does not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Pending rewards are cancelled if either party is blacklisted or suspended.
• Detailed rules are published on the Referral Rewards page. We may change or end the program at any time; credit already released is not affected. referral.php

The site may use cookies to improve user experience and login security. You may disable them in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

4. User Rights

Under applicable data-protection law you may request to view, copy, supplement or correct your personal data, and request that we stop collecting, processing, using or delete it.
